📜 Terms & Conditions – 10X Excellence Hub Gamification Challenge (iPhone 17 Pro Max)

Effective Date: September 16, 2025

By participating in the 10X Excellence Hub Gamification Challenge (“Challenge”), members agree to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Open only to active paid members of the 10X Excellence Hub.

  • Referrals must be new paying members who join via the participant’s affiliate link.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

2. Valid Referrals

  • A referral counts only if the referred member:

    1. Completes a paid Annual or Lifetime membership (monthly plans are excluded unless renewed for at least 6 months).

    2. Remains active and in good standing for a minimum of 6 months.

    3. Does not request a refund, cancellation, or chargeback during this period.

  • Duplicate, fraudulent, or self-referrals are prohibited and will be disqualified.

3. Rewards

  • Participants who achieve 15 valid referrals by November 30, 2025 will qualify to receive:

    • 🥇 iPhone 17 Pro Max (256GB), shipped to the member’s confirmed address.

    • 🎓 Exclusive Group Coaching Session with DBA John Ngo.

  • Rewards will be issued only after all referred members pass the 6-month validation period.

4. Payment & Affiliate Commission

  • Affiliate commissions are calculated separately under the Affiliate Program Terms.

  • If a referral cancels, disputes, or requests a chargeback, both the commission and challenge credit for that referral will be revoked.

5. Disqualification & Violations

  • Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or game the system (fake accounts, refunds, chargebacks, mass spam) will result in immediate disqualification from the Challenge and forfeiture of rewards.

  • 10X Excellence Hub reserves the right to investigate and verify all referrals.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • 10X Excellence Hub™ is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries, technical issues, or delivery problems.

  • In no event shall 10X Excellence Hub™, its affiliates, or DBA John Ngo be liable for any damages arising from participation in the Challenge.

7. Modification & Termination

  • 10X Excellence Hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge at any time for any reason, including fraud, system error, or force majeure.

  • Any changes will be communicated in the 📢 Updates category inside the Hub.
