📜 Terms & Conditions – 10X Excellence Hub™

Effective Date: September 17, 2025

Welcome to the 10X Excellence Hub™ (“Hub”), a community operated by DBA John Ngo (J&P Global Consulting & Education). By joining, accessing, or participating in the Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership & Pricing

Plans Available: Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime (one-time $2,997).
Lifetime Definition: “Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the 10X Excellence Hub™, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
Final Sale: All membership fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Upgrades: Members may upgrade (Monthly → Annual → Lifetime) by paying the price difference.
Non-Transferable: Memberships cannot be resold, shared, or assigned.

2. Community Rules

By joining, you agree to:

Treat all members with respect; no harassment, hate speech, or spam.
Share value-first content; avoid self-promotion unless permitted.
Keep information confidential; no unauthorized sharing of Hub content.
Follow event etiquette (on time, professional participation).
Accept that moderators/admins may remove posts or members for rule violations.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination without refund.

3. Learning & Coaching

The Hub provides courses, coaching calls, and resources for educational purposes only.
No guarantees of specific results, income, or business outcomes.
Replays and resources may be unlocked progressively (time unlock, level unlock).
Some courses include certificates; advanced certifications may require separate fees.

4. Affiliate Program Disclaimer

Commission Structure: Members earn 30% lifetime commission (40% during Super Early Bird promotions) on valid referrals.
No Guaranteed Earnings: Income depends on your efforts, network, and compliance with rules.
Compliance with Law: Affiliates must follow all advertising/marketing laws, including FTC Endorsement Guidelines. Misrepresentation = termination.
Valid Referrals: Only valid, paid memberships that remain active for a minimum of 6 months qualify for commissions.
Independent Contractors: Affiliates are not employees or partners of the Hub.
Right to Modify: Commission rates, rewards, or program rules may be updated at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Lifetime Access Disclaimer ($2,997 One-Time Fee)

Scope of Access: Includes courses, community, and benefits available at purchase. Content may evolve; no obligation to maintain equivalent offerings.
No Refunds: All sales final. No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks permitted.
Termination for Cause: Membership may be revoked without refund for fraud, abuse, or violation of community rules.
Non-Transferable: Lifetime access is personal and cannot be transferred.

6. Limitation of Liability

10X Excellence Hub™, its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation, membership, or reliance on Hub content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials are property of 10X Excellence Hub™ / DBA John Ngo.
Members may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas, under binding arbitration.
