1. What is the 10X Excellence Hub?
It’s a global Skool community where entrepreneurs, professionals, and solopreneurs learn, connect, and apply Operational Excellence + AI to 10X their skills, income, and impact.

2. What membership options are available?
There are three: Monthly, Annual, and One-time Lifetime.

3. How is Lifetime ($2,997) different from Annual ($999)?
Lifetime is a one-time payment with no renewals. Annual requires yearly renewal. Lifetime is limited to a small number of Founding Members.

4. Do you offer refunds?
No. All memberships are final sale to protect the value of the community and prevent abuse.

5. Can I upgrade later (Monthly → Annual → Lifetime)?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time by paying the price difference.

6. How does the affiliate commission work?
You earn 30% lifetime commission (40% during Super Early Bird campaigns).

7. What if my referral cancels or refunds?
It won’t count. Referrals are valid only if they stay for a minimum of 6 months.

8. How will I get paid?
Through Stripe (depending on your region). Payouts are monthly.

9. How much can I realistically earn?
Example: 10 Annual referrals ($999) = ~$4,000/year in passive income.

10. Are there rewards beyond commission?
Yes. Example: 15 referrals → iPhone 17 Pro Max + Group Coaching with DBA John Ngo.

Two main paths: 10-week Sprint (quick wins) and 12-month Mastery Path (long-term retention).

13. Is there live coaching?
Yes. Weekly group coaching calls with DBA John Ngo on on-demand topics.

14. Do I get certifications?
Some courses (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Fundamentals) provide certificates. Advanced Certifications are separate paid offers.

15. Can I access replays if I miss a live call?
Yes, all replays are recorded and unlocked by level progression.

17. Is there gamification?
